This service allows for the immediate purchase or sale of crypto at a set price.

Please Note: Orders on the trading page are automatically canceled if not confirmed within 6 seconds. You will need to place the order again.

Exchange (Order Book Trading)

For more advanced traders, the exchange matches buy and sell orders. Standard fees are applied as a percentage of the trade value. All fees include consumption tax.

Fees are calculated by multiplying the trade volume by the fee rate.

Cryptocurrency Deposits and Withdrawals

Depositing crypto to your BTCBOX wallet is free. Withdrawing crypto to an external wallet incurs a network fee (miner fee).

• *1 Deposit Fee: While BTCBOX does not charge a fee, the originating network may charge a miner fee.
• *2 Withdrawal Fee: The fee covers the network miner cost.

Processing Times for Crypto Transfers

• Business Hours (9:00 - 17:30 JST): Withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours.
• Non-Business Hours: Withdrawals are processed within 12 hours.

Important Notes:

• Processing may be delayed during system maintenance or for additional security checks.
• There are no upper limits for deposits or withdrawals. However, processing larger withdrawals may take more time.

Japanese Yen (JPY) Deposits

Bank Wire Transfer

• Fee: BTCBOX does not charge a fee for receiving bank transfers. However, your financial institution may charge a outgoing transfer fee. Transfers from SBI Sumishin Net Bank are free for personal users.

• Processing Time:

  • Business Days: Processed on the same day, in order of receipt.
  • Non-Business Days: Processed on the next business day.

Crucial Instructions:

• You must include your 6-digit BTCBOX ID in the transfer name field.
• The name on the bank account must match the name on your BTCBOX account.
• If these conditions are not met, your deposit will not be processed, and you must contact support.
• Once deposited, JPY cannot be refunded directly by the bank. You must use the withdrawal function.

Quick Deposit Methods

Quick deposit options like Convenience Store (Konbini), Pay-easy, SBI Net Bank, and AEON Bank are available. These services charge a fee paid by the user.

• Deposits are not always instant and can be delayed due to processing or network issues.
• Funds deposited via Convenience Store or Pay-easy are subject to a 7-day holding period and cannot be withdrawn or transferred as crypto during this time.
• All quick deposits are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Corporate accounts can use Convenience Store and Pay-easy; AEON Bank quick deposit is for personal accounts only.

  • A payment code is generated, valid for 2 hours. Save it or have it emailed to you.
  • Available 24/7 (excluding maintenance).
  • Funds are locked for 7 days.
  • The transaction cancels automatically after 2 hours if unpaid.

Japanese Yen (JPY) Withdrawals

• Fee:

  • 400 JPY (including tax) for withdrawals up to 150,000 JPY.
  • 750 JPY (including tax) for withdrawals over 150,000 JPY.
  • This fee includes bank transfer charges.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed on the next business day. If you do not receive your funds, please contact support.
